About Me

Trinity Saldana, MS, CMHS, LMFT

My Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Chico, combined with 10 years of treating children, individuals, and families, gives me experience and insight into how to help figure out those issues that seem unresolvable by yourself. I have spent time learning through experience, supervision, and meeting amazing people such as yourself that therapy doesn’t make me the expert. I truly believe that my job is to guide you to be the best version of yourself.

Why Should You Try Online Counseling?

Online Counseling can help. In many cases, online, live-video counseling provides just as much, if not more, support than in-person services.

Convenience

Online counseling has minimal commute time, does not require getting a babysitter, and creates complete comfort in the safety of your own home.

Tested and Effective

Years of research on telephone and video counseling services have shown that online therapy services can benefit you just as much as in-person sessions.

Secure

One on one, couples, or family online counseling gives you the peace of mind and security of a HIPAA compliant messaging and video portal.

“Trinity Saldana is one of the best therapists. Not only is she able to manage any situation she does it with such grace. Everyone she works with feels they are heard and supported.”

FAQs

Do you provide in-person care?

Due to the pandemic, and rising costs of the healthcare industry, my aim is to keep costs as affordable for you as possible. Because of this, I aim to keep sessions telehealth for the foreseeable future.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! Family Pathways welcomes Cigna, United, and Aetna members by partnering through Alma.

Please schedule a consultation if you’d like to have your benefits verified within 48 hours.

Family Pathways also is an out-of-network insurance provider with most insurances.

We partner with you along every step of the way to help you navigating that process.

Please visit our Rates page for more information.

Why is Telehealth the best choice?

Therapy should be completely accessible. Scheduling time in your busy work day, finding a babysitter, or creating emotional space only to go back home into a stressful situation- none of those sound easy. Online Counseling can help! In many cases, online, live-video counseling provides just as much if not more support than in-person services.

How long do sessions last?

It depends! Sessions can last anywhere from 50 minutes to 170 minutes depending on the type of session. For a list of full services, times, and rates, please visit our Rates page.
