Child Parent Psychotherapy Certified
An evidenced-based, attachment-based modality for parents and children ages 0-6 and their parents to reconnect a broken attachment as a result of trauma, deployment, adoption, or fostering children. This can also be a great technique used in situations where divorce or loss has caused detachment and disconnection between a parent and child. More information can be found here.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Certified
An evidenced-based 12 week program for children ages 7-18 who have experienced a major trauma and are developing behavioral symptoms at home, school, or both. More information can be found here.
Attachment Vitamins Certified
A 9-week skills based program for parents of children ages 0-9. This type of parent program allows parents to feel more equipped in dealing with what’s really going on at home, whether that be tantrums, bedwetting, or children who don’t seem to respond well to the word “no.”
Incredible Years Parenting Certified
A 6-week education based parent program for parents who want to know what’s going on with their children after a major trauma has occurred and they want to just understand what to do to help.
